Lot rent for new residents:

$525.00 per month. Includes water, sewer, trash. Does not include electric and gas. No additional fees. First month to be paid up front.

Income requirement:

  • See listing of the home that you are applying for

Community requirements:

  • No evictions in the past 5 years.

  • No felonies in the past 10 years.

  • Maximum three pets. No aggressive dogs. No outdoor cats. Dogs must be approved by the community.

  • Must have an email address.

  • Community only accepts electronic payment and in person CashPay at Walmart. No cash or payment by mail is accepted.
